william4232008, the best way would be to sew in new seams. Take a look on here as well as on here. You'll also find a few videos like this on Youtube.com. Of course you will have a pretty good understanding of sewing and will have to have the tools. You may consider a professional doing that for you. Hope this helps, good luck.

Try washing in the hottest water you can get. Most jeans are pre-shrunk today but very hot water will shrink them more.
