7 Why isn't my camera working?
My camera isn't taking pictures, but the camera app is working.

First try to clear your camera data. This can be done by going into the settings, then application manager, then camera and then select clear data. This resets the camera settings and should get it working again. If this doesn't work, make sure that your firmware is up to date and does not have any infections. Firmware/malware infections are addressed on our troubleshooting page found here.
