turned off automatically, work nomally after 4 or 5 attempts

msi cr 400 laptop turned off automatically when windows 7 shows 'starting windows'

After 2 or 3 attempts it boots and working normally. i checked the battery and hard disk , os power adapter, ram all ok.

recently the after 5 to 6 attempts to power on the laptop only windows boots normally.

where is the problem?
