Battery/LCD/Digitizer connector bracket metal plate?

Does anybody know where to find the metal plate the below picture is showing? It's actually the metal plate the hand is picking with the tweezers that holds the battery/LCD/digitizer connectors in place? It is different than the ipad mini 1st gen, i can't find it and I lost mine! Any help appreciated.
