Why is my sound not working at all?
I have tried messing with the volume button and sound under settings, but I still hear no sound coming from speaker.

Hey, try toggling the volume button to make sure the device is turned all the way up. Make sure you feel a click as you press either the volume up or volume down button. If there is no click, then your volume buttons need to be replaced. If this is not a suspected cause, try plugging in other audio playback devices such as speakers or headphones. If these work, then your internal speaker is faulty and needs to be replaced.
