Why isn’t my device turning on?

The most probable cause of this problem is an empty battery. To recharge the battery, push in on the two clips on the underside of the car in the middle of the chassis. Lift the panel up to expose the battery. Then, unplug the battery from the connecting wires and plug it into the Quick Charger and make sure to connect the charger to a wall outlet. The battery will take 1 hour to recharge, and then you can reconnect the battery in the car. The car should now power up.
