it's not possible to unlock a disabled iphone, you only can restore it in dfu mode, but you must activate it again after you restored it

just like the above answer says, place your phone in DFU mode and restore with iTunes. Use the computer you always use for your phone, you will lose the information on your phone since the last back up.
I restore phone but now the touch is not working
