1 Paper prints off but it is blank
Why when I print something it just comes out as a blank piece of paper

Unfortunately, the steps you have already taken (1. replace ink cartridges 2. replace print head ) are the only economical fixes for this problem. The print heads on Kodak printers go bad often. These printers are advertised as economical to operate, but they don't tell you about the print head problems.

The "tech support" at Kodak seems to be just another arm of their sales staff,the solution they offered to me was to sell me other models of Kodak printers at a slight discount. Mike
I have the same problem with a brand new Kodak printer, there is no one who will even try to fix his desk ornament….my solution is the junk heep and never purchase another KODAK product…

Hi @ gnyteowl1,
Perhaps a better solution is since it is brand new, consult the manufacturer's warranty statement that should have come with the printer as to what to do to make a claim for a warranty refund, repair or replacement.
As least make the manufacturer responsible for either fixing their faulty product or refunding you and then disposing of it.
If enough people did this they might pick up their act regarding their products and quality control.
I have the esp c310 and it looks like it is printing but no ink. I tried different cartridges but the problem remained the same. So I dug deeper, this time I removed the printhead and cleaned it by soaking it in alcohol, this method didn't work. So I researched more and found a better cleaning method.
The next thing I did was to take a sheet of paper towel, soaked it really good and put it in microwave for 30 seconds till it was HOT. I put the printhead over the hot paper towel until paper towel cooled, and noticed ink coming out of printhead, did this several times until no more ink.
Tested it and Voila it worked now printer printing again.

Sorry, I don't have an answer for you. I have the same problem with my Kodak 5500 AiO.
I've tried a new printhead (bought straight from Kodak), new cartridges, downloaded up-
to- date software (from Kodak),cleaned the printhead as per maintenance and even
reinstalled the original C/D that came with the printer and my printer still shoots out blank
papers.

After changing the ink 10C pack, the printer goes thru the motion as before but does not print.
