Where does the power button grounding cable go?

While replacing my screen and getting my power button unstuck, a piece numbered 821-1917 showed up and I am not sure where it came from. I found that the piece connects the power button bracket to the rear case but I cannot figure out the orientation. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
