Sensors broken can I I fix them?

Hello everyone!

Next to a small water damage I had to open tear apart my LG G3.

After having it completely dry and reassembled the phone work fine except all sensors (proximity, luminosity, auto-rotation...).

Where are these sensors situated on the motherboard ? Can I do anything about it or are they more likely dead ?
