Microphone problem in normal call mode only

Hello,

Can someone please heeeelp me, I have a Samsung s4 I9505 that I bought with a problem:

When I call someone I can hear perfectly but the other person hears a crackling sound and almost no sound but ONLY IN NORMAL CALL mode, when in SPEAKER it seems to work just fine, also with the headset the crackling sound persists.

Things I have tried:

Restarting, factory reset

Different firmware like Kitkat 4.4 and Lollipop 5.01

Changing the charge dock with the microphone

Is there another microphone that is activated while on speaker mode than on normal call or what is the difference between normal call and speaker mode?

There are separate mics. The speaker mic is part of the upper main board assembly, while the standard mic is part of the lower charging board assembly. Replacement is easy and inexpensive. Follow the guides on this site. 10 minutes worth of work, if you really take your time.

Thanks for the answer but I already tried changing the normal call microphone (as described above I have changed the lower board including usb plug and the microphone).

I have tried to take off the lower board during a call and even with the lower board removed the crackling sound is still heard in the other phone that I call.
