Why won't my device power up?
When I hold down the power button the device does not respond.

1. Try charging the device.

The tablets are now known to be 'shutting down' into a black screen type of 'sleep'. It may have drained the battery, and users may not see the small white led light at the power button which shows the partial shut-down. To shut down completely, hold the power button ten seconds after entering the black screen 'sleep' state, and it shuts down with light going off.
