The Samsung Galaxy S4, model i9505, features a 13-megapixel rear camera, and a 5-inch 1080p display.
The screen was mostly green, discolored, with black spots. No cracks wasn't dropped.
No water damage. And is now mostly black with light brown in some places.
Is it possible to fix this?
It's a damaged LCD. You'll need to replace that. The LCD goes with the glass and digitizer so you'll need the whole assembly.

Okay I think I found the parts but what is the minimum for tools I would need?

If you get the LCD with the frame, then you just need a small phillips screwdriver and a small prying tool. If you get the LCD w/o the frame, then you'll need a heatgun.
