Your question is a little vague, but I'm assuming you mean a gap between the uppercase (with the trackpad built in) and the lowercase, not that the laptop does not close/latch completely.
This guide should walk you through removing the uppercase:

Inspect the parts for bends/damage, re-assemble correctly.
