after post keyboard touchpad not working

keyboard working in bios but after post when windows installation time and windows fully start both time keyboard and touch not working.

i am checked keyboard and touch is ok with attach another same laptop.

i think it is bios fault but not sure.

i already tried to found bios file but on lenovo site this biis file is not available

can you tell me perfect solution or bios exe file link

because external keyboard and mouse are working
