My fitbit bracelet tore is this something that is replaced free?
when the bracelet is removed to be charged the bracelet tore this is not abuse but failure of the product. WHAT ACTION DO I TAKE?

Take it back to where you got it along with a copy of the purchase receipt and ask for a replacement or a repair.
