Why is my device not connecting to the wifi?
My device is picking up a signal from my router but will not connect to the wifi.

If your device is not properly connecting to your WiFi it may be caused by a plethora of reasons. Some such as the settings on your device may not be allowing your device to connect or ,in a more extreme case, your WiFi Receiver may be damaged and need to be replaced.

I know it's the charging port. I don't know if it's repaceable. I haven't found any info on the trio site as well as this one
I cannot connect to the internet. I have connection on my lap top and home computer but cannot get connection on this Trio Sealth G10
