My 2015 13 Inch Macbook Pro Display is blank all of a sudden. It works with an External Display, F1 and F2 key works to decrease and increase brightness on the blank display .

It is still under warranty. Take it back to Apple ASAP. Also consider extending your Applecare warranty for an additional two years.

Are you saying you see the brightness icon on the internal display as you alter the brightness?

No, the display light intensity decreases when F1 is clicked and increases when F2 is clicked.
