Weak WiFi after I replaced the screen

I was so proud that I replaced my screen on my own, done everything right, followed the guide to the T. Only thing is that after the screen was replaced, I wasn't getting any Wifi in range, I moved closer to the router and then it connected perfect, phone signal reception seems fine, just now for the Wifi only works when I'm beside my router takes the whole mobile out of mobile. Can any advise what I done, hit a cable or done something that I can reverse the problem. I need Wifi!! Thanks so much!
