turning on my vanguard 2

i tried reset button. I have been having problems with it before. I got it for christmas. I did register as well. Is there an upgrade or do you just give me a new tablet? It has not been long at all i have had it. This thing has been cared for by putting it ina case first thing. No water damage or has been dropped.
