mobile network not available

worked this moring when calling to doctor but not working now at 3pm still can't get work.

Some Simple Solutions:

Solution#1

  • Switch off your smartphone.
  • Remove bettery and also your Sim Card and wait for some time.
  • Reinsert battery and sim card and turn your phone on.

Solution#2

Set your mobile network to automatic .

Solution#3

Update your phone software.

These solution will probably fix error while searching for networks.

if not get network check airplane mode is ON, if it ON then turn off it

still not have network, check imei by dialing *#06#

if it error rewrite imei code

if it not error

need to check network connection part

Which sim do you have. go to setting and mobile network and try manual search for mobile network. and look for your network and register it. Or go to setting sim management and then disable sim and then again reactive it. or lastly remove sim and insert again.

I had the same problem but I finally figured it out!! I went to settings/ cellular network/billing cycle. If “set data warning” is on, turn it off. If “set data limit” is on, set it unreasonably high just in case (15.0) and turn it off. The reason my Cellular data wasn't working is because it was set to turn off when the limit was reached! Hope this helps you too!

Check you're APN. If you have certain cellcarrier, then your APN may need configured. I have att and had this problem to and shutting down phone didn't help. It kept doing it. Finally someone told me about APN and haven't had the issue since.
