1 How do I remove paper stuck to the ADF?
Paper is wrapped around the ADF. I can't access it by opening the ADF cover. How do I access the unit do I can remove the paper?

Hello,
I'll help you as best I can. What do you mean you cannot remove it? Because the paper is ripping when you try to pull the sheet out?
If so, remove what you can from the rear of the printer. This may not get all of the paper, but then open the front where you replace ink and that too will give you access to the ADF. You should, key word should, be able to remove the rest of the paper from the front.
