How do I replace the screen/digitilizer?

I cannot find any videos or guides online to help me repair my alcatel one touch idol 3 screen/digitilizer, which is a pain, because I really loved that phone! If anyone can help me, or direct me to someone who can show me how to do it, I would be forever grateful!

(p.s. I already have the replacement screen/digitilizer, I just need to put it on the actual phone/take the phone apart.)
