CD Stuck Inside Optical Drive While Open

I work for The Salvation Army in Iowa City and tonight one of our kids from our programs managed to open the optical drive with the disk remaining inside. As a result the drive won't close and the disk will not come out??? I followed your instructions on how to take out the optical drive, however I still not know how to get into the optical drive to get the disk out.

Please help us get this system back up and running for our kids.
