Very few desktops come with built in speakers other than the single system speaker that beeps at startup.
There may be a 3.5 mm headphone jack on the front or back to plug stereo speakers into.

What if there is still no sound after plugging in the headphones?
Very late follow up. Is all software updated and turned on, and at full volume? Make sure any blue tooth is turned off in settings.
