Samsung Laser printer stopped working and will not boot or initialize.

The printer worked perfectly. Then the printer stopped working one day. I have changed the power cord and changed toner and changed wall outlet location. I can hear the fan running but the printer/copier does not respond. There is one blue light illuminated on the control panel but I am unable to print or copy or scan. The printer does not seem to initialize or boot up. This printer was always plugged into a surge suppressor. Thank you for any help or suggestion.
