I have a problem that you might be able to help me with. My phone USB port I think that's what it's called well is loose and my phone doesn't charge well it charges very slowly but I have to maneuver around the cord is there anything I can do to fix it

Briggette, sounds like charging port is warn/damaged, you may need a new port. Drop into any small computer/cell phone repair shop and have them take a look,diagnose and estimate repair. I will post a link for you to see how the port is changed if you would like to try and change yourself.

Mine broke going in to charge almost like they werwnr seated properly inside the tablet cuz I felt it go further inside which made it impossible to make connection to charge at all without breaking it open fig out why it came loose and I read some place it's a known issue no less good times lol

I had this problem too. The solution was to buy a new good quality charger. It's probably not the device but the plug.

my dad has a alcatel one touch and we had to hold the charger in the phone and now it will not charge no more what is wrong
