1. type "Services.msc" in search
2. Double-click "Printer Spooler" in "Services"
3. Click Stop and click OK.
4. type "%WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers" and delete everything in the spooler list

type "devices and printers" in search and select "devices and printers"
-Select your printer and right click and select "remove device"
-Then on top of the page on the menu bar click on "add printer"
* windows will now search for available printers connected to your computer through USB
* select the appropriate printer that you want to set up and click on add device
------
Now Unplug the printer from both your PC and its power source.
Press and hold power button for 10 seconds on the printer
Now plug it back in
try printing a draft now and let me know the results

Did you replace the ink?

He said he Replaced the ink, Thats very little help for how much rep you have, id expect more. Read the 2nd sentence "I have Replaced The Ink"
