How do I remove the back cover of the device?
I took the screw out of the back of the device and now I can't get the back panel off.

If you follow the steps on one of our repair or replacement guides, this should give you a good idea of how to take off the back panel.
Since you already have taken out the screw. Just slide off the back panel by pushing on the back and moving it upwards. (Tablet is in a vertical direction)
