Why is there no sound coming from the speakers?

When trying to use the internal speakers on the device no sound is being emitted? There is sound when I plug in external speakers or headphones into the headphone jack.

bestbuys only ones can fix sound and they no this. you can find driver everything else. sorry. its the truth. :(
