Why won't my Cruz turn on?
Every time I try to turn my Cruz on, it won't turn on. It does not seem to be charging. What should I do?

If your Cruz does not show any signs of power or turning on, check to make sure your device is charged. Try using a different electrical outlet as well as making sure the device is fully connected to the charger. If the device is still not receiving charge your charger may be faulty and should be replaced. If the device is still not holding a charge, replace the battery.Here:
