After using my tablet for a bit, it continuously gets slower and begins to freeze. I've made sure to clear any apps that I'm not using, but it continues to freeze. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

If the device is moving slower or freezing you might need more RAM. Use the RAM replacement guide to add more RAM to your computer. Another option to try is a soft reset. When you turn off the power then turn the tablet back on. It also could be a software problem where you need to reset the tablet to factory data, but this will erase all internal storage.
