I dropped my phone and the screen went white, but everything else still seems to work. The phone still viberates when I get a notification and the power button still works. The only thing wrong is the LCD screen. I want to know if something may have come unplugged and if so, what came unplugged. I may just need a new LCD screen

Sounds like the LCD is done for. However try turning power off for a few hours while on charge and then turn power back on if screen still the same get a new LCD as swap it out

it could also be a loose/disconnected cable. open up the phone and make sure all cables and connectors to the lcd are correctly in place
