Can certain tiny fuses on logic board be replaced?

When reassembling the logic board on my 21.5" iMac after repairing the graphics card, I accidentally damaged part of the logic board where the CPU fan connections are located (see image) seems like some of the tracks are scratched and some sort of circuit or fuse or tiny connector of some sort was accidentally pried off (see image)

There is now an intermittent clicking noise and quiet high pitched noise coming from the bottom left of the machine. Everything else's is working just fine though. The machine will boot and operate normally aside from the intermittent clicking and high pitched noise.

I'm hoping that someone can identify the component that was damaged (see image) and whether or not a new one can be purchased and micro soldered. I am hoping to avoid replacing the logic board as a whole.

Thank you in advanve for any advice!

@emilio_patricio if it is the component marked on your image

then that is reference designator R1194 which is a 51ohm 1/16W 5% resistor in a 0402 package.
