Prinsley David, Try unplugging the battery for 5 minutes and then retry(1st link below). No go, then try a factory reset if able(doing so will lose all stored data). Reset info. from 2nd link below.
Press and hold the Power button until the Device options screen appears.
Select Power off.
Select OK.
Press and hold the Volume up button then press and hold the Power button.
When the Samsung logo appears, release all.
Select wipe data/factory reset. (Use the Volume buttons to highlight and the Power button to select.)
Select Yes -- delete all user data.
Select reboot system now.
Allow several minutes for the reboot process to complete.
