Can I mount a hero 4 black motherboard on my hero 4 silver?

I have a gopro hero 4 silver with the LCD that doesn't work and I have to replace the motherboard, I was wondering If I could replace my old motherboard with a gopro hero 4 motherboard in order to upgrade the features of my gopro.

Is it possible?

Do I have to upgrade something else?
