Freezer motor does not run

Hi,

The freezer motor does not run most of the time when the compressor runs, the temp in the freezer fluctuates from -20 to +50 degrees. Checked motor, not broken. Sometimes the motor runs and the freezer is cold, sometimes it does not run, no voltage at the motor terminals. Can someone tell me where that voltage originates or provide a link to the schematics?
