I owe Nikon D5300, and the viewfinder has dust and blurred vision. I tried cleaning it with cleaning kit but the problem still persists. What is the correct way to fix it.

Is the diopter set correctly?
On the lower right corner of the viewfinder, if you take the eyecup off, there should be a small dial. Turn it until the focus points are in proper focus.
