Corroded Resistor fallen off on logic board

Hi, im in remotest Philippines with no easy access to a repair technician.

My mbp (820 3476 A) stopped charging showing a dim green light. Inspection found a corroded resistor on the logic board which subsequently fell off whilst cleaning with alcohol. Any suggestions for a work-around? Suffice it to say i only have access to ridiculously unsuitable soldering gear...

Looking for a crazy out of the box solution to get me working again temporarily if one exists!
