I notice my blu advance 5.0 came with alot of factory pre installed apps, which ones can I disable to have more storage? I only have Facebook app n fb messenger downloaded on my phone and can't download nothing else BC insufficient storage.....

Unfortunately disabling does not add space. Disabling will un install updates to these disabled apps to recover some space.
I suggest getting a micro SD card, and selecting 'format as extended storage' if the option is available. Otherwise, move all your photos to the SD card, and have your camera app directly store pictures on the SD card to free up internal space.

You can root your device and then your be able to delete some of the preinstalled apps
