Recover deleted data, no root, no computer

Using Es file manager was supposed

to clean only phone or internal memory included my SD card also.

Need a way to recover deleted data,

on Android ZTE n817 Quest, that doesn't need to be rooted and the only available computer is at my local library. Not sure don't think they allow patrons to install apps or software to their computers. This happened 2 days ago.
