Unfortunately, this part is micro soldered to the motherboard, making repair nearly impossible for the average Joe. You have two options here:
Take it somewhere that can micro solder another HDMI part back. You shouldn't pay more than $50 for this on the high end.
Replace the entire motherboard. Here's the guide to replace it. Check this link for the part.
You may want to consider upgrading to a newer or better model for the price of these parts or services.
