My galaxy tab 4 is charge powercycling and doesnt power up help
smsung galaxy tab 4 does not power on, when plugged in it constantly flashes between a black sceen and charge logo. i have tried a different battery with no success i just cant figure where the fault lies. i did once get it on without the charger but then soon as the charger was plugged in it went back off. It has on occassion showed an exclamation mark with the battery charge and then a thermometer however the device isnt in any way hot.
