I need to get to the rsd prompt but the down vol button will no longer work. Possibility due to corrosion from water damage but have cleaned and cannot find the issue. Any ideas, besides getting a new phone.. I need to get files off of this. Please help!

Is it a Samsung phone? If so your files could Be on your sd card on your device. If so you could remove that and put it in new Samsung/ Motorola device
