Why the battery is dead less than two hours?
I charged my battery and in less than two hours the battery is dead. Why is that? Can be possible the battery is damage?

@igor7 since it still charges but does not hold a charge for long, I'd replace the battery first.

Is it getting hot? Do you have it synced to a Mac or PC so you can run diagnostics?

Sometimes the cellphone is hot. I don't have it synced to anything yet.
