@jjhiggins3000 use these guides Cuisinart DCC-3200 to work on your coffee maker. It does sound like an issue with either the thermal fuse, thermostat (thermistor), or your timer. you coffee gets cold because the coffee maker turns of and that turns the hot plate off.
