How do I open the the control panel of the headset
i need to open the panel that controls the sound and the microphone but how do i do that?

According to this post(Can anyone help me identify which wires go to the left, Right,Ground), heads-up that the wiring is weird.
This video shows how to get into the headphones. It looks like you take the foam off and unscrew some screws.
