Have you tried replacing the cameras? I doubt it will change anything but it never hurts to try.
The cameras are on separate flexes so if both failed, then the common denominator is the logic board. Have you measured the PP2V85 line to see if you have the proper voltage? The FCAM & RCAM are also powered by PP1V8. So I would check those lines for shorts and proper voltage. Both are driven by the PMIC.
