Unfortunately, this is an anti-theft "Feature" for all Nextbook and RCA tablets sold at Walmart and similar places. I would return to whomever you got it from, and if it were Walmart, I would explain your situation and maybe they can exchange tablets for you.

If anyone tells you that your nextbook cant be unlocked - they are wrong - there are just some newer models out that some people don't know how to unlock. send an email to dtvguy68 at yahoo dott comm - he can help you - he has unlocked a lot of nextbook tablets for me...its cheap too.
I do not have receipt it was a gift how do I get in with out activation code
I tried to enter the code that won’t work I don’t have the receipt ripped the cord from the box it was a Christmas gift so I went to Walmart to get the code from another box that won’t work
