screen only lights up for a few seconds

screen lights up very dimly for a second, can't read anything on it. Incoming calls work but can't make outgoing calls or access any info contained on the phone. Do I need a new power pack? I see it is possible to buy one from Duracell.

Hi,

What happens when you connect the charger to the phone?

Do you get a charging indication on the phone?

Try using the phone with the charger connected and switched on.

Unfortunately nothing, no charger indication and can't use phone with charger connected and switched on.

Hi,

You could try a new battery as they aren't that expensive. At least it will prove whether or not the battery is the cause of the problem
